Design and Manufacture Standards

All of the Industrial Valves and Strainers are designed and manufactured according to the International Standards, Such as Api, Bs and Din Standards.

1. Auto-CAD Design for all Industrial Valves and Strainers.

2. Design and Manufacturing according to Api600, Api602, Api603, Api609, Api 6D, BS1873, BS1868, BS5352, MSS SP-118, ASME B16.34, Din3356, Din3352, DIN EN 12516-1

Material Test

1. Material Certificates According to EN10204 3.1 for All Valves and Strainers.

2. PMI (Positive Material identification) Test for the Raw Materials and Finished Products If Required by the Clients.

Hydro Test

Every Valves and Strainers 100% Hydro Test (Shell, Seat and Air Test), and Zero Leakage Before Package and Shipment.

Test and Inspection as per API598, API6D, EN12266 or DIN3230.

Dimensions Check

The Dimensions of Finished Valves and Strainers will be Checked Carefully, and All the Dimensions Comform to Standards or Drawings.

Painting Thickness Inspection

Primier Coating, Middle or Outside Coating Applied, and Total Coaitng Thickness Inspection will Be Performed to Meet the Special Requirement.
